Upon full payment for services, you will own the rights to final deliverables (such as website design or marketing copy) created specifically for your business. Leander Marketing LLC retains rights to any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or proprietary systems used to deliver services. All content on this Site is the property of Leander Marketing LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
This Site and its services are provided "as is." In no event shall Leander Marketing LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
